Our mission

Close the feedback loop — without the complexity

Feature requests drown in Slack, email, and DMs. MonkFeed gives product teams one place to collect, vote on, and act on user feedback — embedded directly in the product with a widget under 10 kb.

Why MonkFeed exists

Every SaaS team faces the same problem: users want features, and those requests end up scattered across Slack threads, email inboxes, and sales call notes. Product managers spend hours consolidating feedback that should surface automatically.

Existing tools like Canny and UserVoice solve this — but charge per seat, making them expensive as your team grows. Others are so feature-heavy they take weeks to set up.

MonkFeed is the opposite: a single embed script, a clean dashboard, and per-project pricing. You pay for what you ship, not who you hire.

What we believe

Per-project, not per-seat

We charge for the products you run — not the size of your team. Grow your team without watching your bill grow.

Lightweight by default

The MonkFeed widget is under 10 kb and loads asynchronously. It should not slow your product down.

AI that you control

AI features in MonkFeed use your own API key (BYOK). We never hold your costs, your data, or your access.

Built for small teams first

We target founders, product managers, and 1–100 person SaaS teams. The Hobby plan is free forever.
